Diana and Ian give you a warm welcome to our home.

We aim to provide a home from home with style in this beautiful Georgian grade II listed house. We want our guests to have the most satisfying visit, with a warm welcome, comfortable and elegant rooms, the best of food and facilities, and access to all the beauty and interest of Berwick and around.

The house is located in the heart of Berwick's culture and history and has been featured on BBC radio 4's making history programme. It also has a working pottery studio which is open for guests to visit. We can provide help with exploring the heritage, culture, beauty and natural history of Berwick and its surrounds.






We pride ourselves on using the best locally produced food, including fruit and vegetables from our own garden, which have been grown or raised with consideration for animal welfare and the environment. Our breakfasts are uniquely wonderful offering a fine selection for all, from a hearty traditional meal to some scrumptious healthy options. The house and garden are run using green values to ensure a balanced approach to our lifestyle.
